Language and software requirements
All product files are in English. Use Microsoft Excel with automatic calculation enabled, plus a PDF reader for the guide. Review compatibility before using another spreadsheet application. This is a digital download, with no printed product, cloud software subscription or shipping.
Important details
Use a separate row for each property when visiting multiple units. Confirm access, meeting points, parking and availability before the appointment.
Single-agent licence
One purchase allows one agent to edit and use the materials in their own business and use the resulting outputs with clients. It does not permit resale, sharing, redistribution or sublicensing of the original templates, or offering them as a competing product. Agency-wide or team use requires a separate agreement.
